What you’re buying: a time-based, one-day Squarespace website intensive (not unlimited scope).
How it works: pay now to lock Black Friday pricing. We first book a Planning Call, then you complete prep (copy, assets, access, priorities). Once prep is approved, we open the calendar and schedule your VIP Day.
Book-by window: VIP Day must be scheduled and completed by 28 Feb 2026 (AEDT). If not scheduled by then, Black Friday pricing lapses and future work will be at standard rates.
Rescheduling: one reschedule with 7+ days’ notice at no charge. <7 days may incur a fee and/or forfeiture of the date.
No refunds.
Scope & platform: work limited to what fits the booked day; additional work billed separately. Squarespace platform only; no custom code beyond platform capabilities. Third-party fees (fonts, apps, stock, etc.) not included.
Post-support: 7 days of email support for minor tweaks related to work completed.
Agreement: full service agreement will be emailed after purchase and must be signed before work begins.
