GIFted - Custom Animated GIF pack - Terms and conditions

What you’re buying: A custom pack of 5 branded animated GIFs created from your existing brand assets for use across social, email and web.

Process & timeline: Turnaround is 5–10 business days after I receive your completed form and all required brand files. One round of minor revisions is included.
Additional revisions or changes of direction will be quoted separately.

Brand assets & extras: You’ll provide your brand guide, logos, colours, fonts and any phrases/words you’d like animated.
Files & delivery: Finals are delivered as .gif files via download link.

GIPHY: If you want your GIFs available via GIPHY search, you’ll need your own Brand/Artist account.
Approval times and platform policies are controlled by GIPHY and are not guaranteed by Monday Studio.

Usage licence: You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final GIFs for your business marketing across web, email and social channels.
Not for resale, file sharing, sublicensing or redistribution as templates.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of this service, all sales are final.

Communication: All approvals and revision notes via email unless otherwise agreed.
